In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, the COMPANY informs Users of its data protection policy, so that they may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide the personal data that may be required when subscribing to or registering for some of the services offered. Except in fields where otherwise indicated, answers to questions about personal data are voluntary.

The COMPANY informs that the data provided by the User through forms or other mechanisms will become part of a file owned by the COMPANY, duly legalised. The purpose of the file(s) is to properly provide the requested services, and the Controller is authorised to periodically provide information on products, services, news and other information of interest through any communication channel provided by the user. The user may revoke their consent to receive commercial communications by notifying lopd@sbimmobiliaria.com, indicating “Unsubscribe Newsletter” in the subject line.

The COMPANY undertakes to comply with its legal obligation regarding personal data and its duty to process it with due confidentiality, and for this purpose, adopts the necessary technical, organisational and security measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The User shall in any event be responsible for the truthfulness of the data provided, and the COMPANY reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be appropriate under the law.

The COMPANY will not disclose or transfer the User’s personal data to third parties without obtaining the data subject’s express consent, unless there is a legal obligation or it is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing.

Likewise, we inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability in accordance with the law through one of the following procedures:

  • By written communication addressed to the COMPANY at Av. Generalitat, 175, 43500, Tortosa, Tarragona, specifying the right to be exercised and enclosing a copy of the ID card or another document proving their identity.
  • By email to lopd@sbimmobiliaria.com, specifying the right to be exercised and attaching a copy of the applicant’s ID card or other proof of identity.

The cancellation, deletion, objection and restriction of consent to the processing of data and the non-acceptance of this Data Protection Policy makes it impossible for the COMPANY to provide the correct attention to enquiries, requests for information, bookings, queries, suggestions or any type of communication or contracted service that the User may have made.
